"This is
me at age 19, just about 17 months after graduation. This was taken at
Phan Rang (what was then South Vietnam) in December of 1971.
The two other soldiers are members of the Republic of Koreas' White
Horse Division. They were part of an artillery battery .. The bag
contains ginseng wine which they gave me as a gift. It was extremely
stout, even for West Texas boys!"
