 | I am currently living in Baltimore, and wondering about a few of the people I remember from school days in San Angelo (only my junior and senior year) and U of T Austin (graduated 1975): Shane Alexander? John Leggett? Ramsey Koschak? Ernie Mayer? I have had some correspondance with Buck Hendrix and his family in the last 10 years, but no other significant news from the West Texas days. And I have not lived in Texas since 1977. Twelve years in California, now sixteen in Baltimore.
I was not able to make the 2000 reunion, but may try for the next big one. Any news or contact info for the names listed above would be appreciated; or anyone else out there who remembers my name, feel free to contact me. Thanks. |

 | Hi everybody! After that great year at Central, I went back home to France, and I became a teacher in 1977 and I've been teaching (English, what else?) ever since. I got married in 76, and came back to the US for a visit in the summer of 1980; got to see a few old friends, as well as my San Angelo family, which was great. Then in 1981 Alice was born, and Claire in '84. By then we had been living and teaching (husband was a math teacher) in Dieppe, on the north-west coast of France, just opposite England. After some time our marriage deteriorated (nothing highly original, I guess) and ended around 1995. My daughters are great, Alice is completing her university studies after spending a year in Spain, and is currently doing an internship at a Spanish cultural center in the south of France. Claire is studying in an art school, and dreams of making animated films some days. I was so thrilled to discover this site, I can't believe it was there all these years! |

 | After graduation I worked a couple of odd jobs, then in 1972 I joined the San Angelo Fire Department where I worked for a little over 7 years. I was a Driver/EMT when I left the Department to work in the oilfield.
Since the oilfield job I have been a salesman for first aid supplies, a Fire/Safety equipment store manager, a Firefighter for Big Spring Fire Department, a convience store (7/11) manager, (7/11 transferred me to Albuquerque, New Mexico), and was an Instructor/Course Developer for the State of New Mexico with the New Mexico Firefighters' Training Academy and the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy. I held the State positions for a total of 13 yrs.
I am still married to my one and only wife Cricket (Janie "Cricket" Watson / class of 71). We have 1 son and 1 daughter. My son, Jon, is now a Firefighter/Engineer with the Los Alamos Fire Department in Los Alamos, New Mexico. He is married and has 2 daughters and a son. My daughter is a school teacher with the Albuquerque School District. She is also married and has 2 sons and a daughter.
I look forward to hearing from any of you who want to contact me. |

 | Lord, so much has happen since high school. I got married when I was a senior and didn't have to. That union lasted 28 years and produced three beautiful children. My oldest Tony is a doctor at MD Anderson. My daughter Sandy is a youth minister in Plano. My youngest son, David, just graduated from college and is a banker. Now they can take care of, pray for and handle my money or I will move in with them someday. I have two beautiful grandchildren and one on the way. I understand now the old saying why God gives babies to younger women. I love them but enjoy sending them home. I graduated from ASU with my AD and BSN degree in nursing. I am an RN in McAllen, Texas working in the ER, and ICU. I worked and help form the Hospice program in San Angelo for eight years then moved down south. I am divorced and just bought me a home with a pool that I enjoy everyday. I just enjoy life and try not to get so serious. I take a cruise every year to see the beautiful things god has given us to enjoy. I haven't missed any reunions and hope to see everyone at the 40th. |
