Thomas Williams

Thomas Edward Williams, the son of the late Charles Devine and Helen Williams, was born Oct. 3, 1951, in San Angelo and went home Saturday, March 16, 2002.

Thomas graduated from San Angelo Central High School and attended Angelo State University, where he played football for four years. The majority of his working career was spent as a general manager for What-A-Burger in the Dallas metro area.

His father, mother and two brothers, Charles Ray and Lewis Otis, preceded Thomas in death.

He is survived by his wife, Gail Parker Williams of Midlothian; one daughter, Tamara Williams Bryant and husband, Devalon, of DeSoto, Texas; two sons, Thomas Julian of Midlothian and Calvin D. Miller of Atlanta, Ga.; and two brothers and three sisters, Curtis Williams, Marvin Williams, Faye Garcia, Esther Williams and Annette Williams, all of San Angelo. He is also leaving a grandson, Xavier Thomas Bryant; two granddaughters, Mereika and Da-jsha Miller; and a host of nieces, nephews and loving relatives.
