During the 2010 reunion several of us discussed taking a cruise in 2015 as a "mini-reunion." At this early date no definite plans have been made but we wanted to put the idea out there for your consideration and input.

Likely we would take a 4 or 5-day cruise out of Galveston on Carnival which typically leaves on a Thursday or Monday, returning Monday or Saturday. Current prices for an inside cabin start at under $400 per person. Ocean view, balconies and suites are - of course - higher.

Experienced "cruisers" such as Sandy and I recommend the experience. Great food, royalty treatment and, for the money, hard to beat.

Bookings for 2015 likely won't begin until late 2013 so we have plenty of time. If there is enough interest we will use a Carnival planner which we've used in the past - makes it much easier, especially for those who have to fly into Houston.
So for now, we're just finding out if there is interest in such an event.
